This site is dedicated to my various hobbies. It is roughly split into two:

• Vosges

  I love holidays in the Vosges. Skiing in the winter, mountain biking and walking in the summer, eating and drinking all year round. Read all about, see the photos, explore the links and fall in love with the area!

• Software Engineering

  I manage a software engineering tools team, so over the years I have involved myself with many tools. Some of them commercial, but many also open source. Although the level of documentation has improved for open source technologies, a lot of them time it is difficult to get a high-level picture i.e. how does it all fit together.

  As I have worked with various tools e.g. J2EE, XDoclet, DocBook, Perl, Subversion, ClearCase, ClearQuest etc. I have made notes and stored links to useful sites, which I share here!
